In 2010, the license for the Master Franchise of Australia was granted by Kumar Rajaratnam to a business consortium who have further developed the operating systems and product range.

The consortium has significant experience from within the supply chain as well as retail operations.

The Master Franchise has since granted two new retail franchises (Dandenong and Sydney Inner West), and is set to further expand in to NSW, ACT and QLD during 2012 / 2013.

Backcare & Seating ultimately aims to have twenty ‘full system’ retail operations in all capital cities and major regional centres by 2020, and welcomes enquiries from suitably qualified applicants wishing to establish a Backcare & Seating Franchise.
